Human Resources Manager
Icel Lacanilao is the Human Resource and Recruitment Manager Omada One, with 18 years of experience across the BPO, manufacturing, fintech, aviation, and insurance sectors. Her background covers human resource management, recruitment and selection, labor relations, policy development, training and development, and operations management. 15 of them in leadership roles
